This challenge is for you if....
You are new to strength training and don't know where to start.

You have been working out on your own (via large group classes, Youtube videos, etc), but have not seen the results that you want.
What will you learn?
In this 5-day challenge you will learn:
Why knowing your numbers is the KEY to getting results quickly.
How to perform submaximal 1RM testing, so that you will never have to guess what weight you should be lifting.
How to properly perform the FIVE foundational human movements, so that you will significantly decrease your risk of injury (and enhance your performance!) both inside and outside of the gym.
Do I need any equipment to participate?
This challenge requires dumbbells only. Having a set that you find light, medium, and heavy (ex: pairs of 5's, 10's, and 15's) is best, but a single set is also fine. (We will be using them to learn proper form as well as to perform baseline strength testing.)
How is the challenge run?
Challenge emails will be sent out once per day during the 5 days of the challenge. All of the information that you need to be successful will be found in those emails. There will be no specific time that we meet live, but it is highly encouraged to interact with other challenge members via the challenge Facebook group.
