What will you learn?
In this 5-day challenge you will learn the 6 essential elements to building muscle without risking injury or wasting hours at the gym.
Do I need any equipment to participate?
NOPE! Just a pair of sneakers and a small space to move. To make this challenge accessible to all, we will use body weight only.
How is the challenge run?
Challenge emails will be sent out once per day during the 5 days of the challenge. All of the information that you need to be successful will be found in those emails. There will be no specific time that we meet live, but it is highly encouraged to interact with other challenge members via the challenge Facebook group.
