What is Fascial Stretch Therapy?

Fascial Stretch Therapy, or “FST”, is a table-based assisted stretch therapy practice that improves mobility, decreases aches, pains, and stiffness, prevents injuries, reduces stress, improves posture, and enhances athletic performance and recovery by stretching the entire fascia system in multiple planes of motion.

What is fascia?

Fascia is the connective tissue system of the body that surrounds each muscle, connects them to each other, and penetrates deep inside them. It also connects muscles to tendons, ligaments, and bone to form a body-wide functional network.

What makes FST different than other stretching techniques out there?

FST is pain free! It improves mobility of your nerves and flexibility of both your muscles and your fascia. Other common stretching methods focus on isolated muscle stretching which is often uncomfortable or even painful and only produces temporary results.

Who can benefit from FST?

People of all ages and abilities can benefit from FST, from clients who are sedentary and newer to movement and stretch to fitness enthusiasts and athletes of all levels.

When can I expect to notice results?

Clients will experience results within their first 1-4 sessions.
