What should you do next?

1) Check your email.

You should have received a confirmation email from me, Amy Kuphal (amykuphalfitness@gmail.com). Since this is how I'm going to be providing you with all of the challenge details each day, it is vital to make sure that you are receiving emails straight to your inbox. You can always add me to your contact list to make sure these emails don't end up in your spam or junk folder. 

2) Join the Facebook group!

One of my favorite parts of this challenge is the ability to connect women who all share a similar goal. Sure, the trainings themselves are great, but this challenge is taken to a whole new level with the ability to actively support others and be supported yourself. This is also where I will hang out each day to answer any questions that you have! So, don't sit on the sidelines waiting to get started. Jump in RIGHT NOW and post an introduction. This doesn't have to be anything fancy (unless you want it to be!) Just tell the group a bit about yourself and why you decided to join.
